CLASS ETIQUETTE
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early, as doors will be locked once class begins.
Out of respect for others, please refrain from wearing strong fragrances or perfumes.
Kindly keep conversations to before or after class, not during practice.
Empty belly = happy yogi — we recommend avoiding heavy meals before class.
Please turn off all cell phones and leave them outside the yoga room along with shoes, bags, purses, and personal items.
Respect your instructor and fellow practitioners.
Stay for Savasana (final rest and relaxation). If you need to leave early, please inform the instructor ahead of time.
Leave your ego at the door — and most importantly, have fun!
WHAT TO BRING
Your yoga mat and towel (rentals are available for an additional cost)
A water bottle
An open mind and a willingness to try something new
WHAT TO WEAR
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for easy movement. Moisture-wicking fabrics are recommended to help manage sweat.
Generally, yoga is practiced barefoot for better grip and connection, but wearing socks is a personal choice, especially with specialized yoga socks that have grips to prevent slipping.
