GENTLE YOGA FLOW
This class is designed for beginner yogis and anyone looking to unwind and slow down after a long day. Gentle Yoga moves at an easy, intentional pace, allowing time to re-center, focus on the breath, explore proper alignment, and enjoy slow, restorative stretches.
Gentle Yoga is recommended for beginners as well as experienced yogis seeking a more relaxed, mindful practice. Classes are held in a cool, non-heated environment. Please bring water as needed.
VINYASA FLOW
Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic, breath-driven practice where postures flow seamlessly from one to the next, linking movement with breath. This class includes both standing and seated sequences designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance, while also incorporating relaxation techniques that support both physical and mental well-being.
Vinyasa Flow is recommended for experienced yogis who enjoy a faster-paced, warmer practice. This class is heated. Please bring your own towel and water.
SLOW FLOW YOGA
This class is designed for yogis who want to move with intention while building a steady, continuous flow. Slow Flow links breath to movement at a controlled pace, helping you develop strength, improve balance, and deepen your connection to each posture while focusing on alignment.
Slow Flow is ideal for those who are comfortable with the basics and want a mindful yet slightly more dynamic practice. Classes are held in a cool, non-heated environment. Please bring water as needed.
EARLY MORNING FLOW
If you’re going to rise, you might as well shine. This one-hour express class is designed to energize your body, get your blood flowing, and set the tone for a strong start to your day. Expect a dynamic, feel-good flow with plenty of sun salutations to wake you up from the inside out.

YIN RESTORE
This class begins with 40 minutes of Yin Yoga followed by 20 minutes of Restorative Yoga. Yin Yoga focuses on long-held postures that target the connective tissues surrounding the joints, helping to improve mobility in the hips and spine. The Restorative portion offers a deeply calming, slow-paced practice that encourages mindful awareness, relaxation, and inner reflection.

ZEN KIDS YOGA
This class is designed to support and enrich your child’s physical fitness while helping calm busy minds. Through movement, breath, and play, students develop self-awareness and confidence in a fun, supportive, and nurturing environment.
Basic yoga postures are thoughtfully broken down to suit younger bodies and are taught in a safe, non-competitive way. Kids Yoga encourages patience, respect, self-understanding, and self-confidence, while also strengthening imagination and allowing each child to explore and enhance their creativity.
