Since 2009, Yoga on Main has been providing energizing Vinyasa flows to grounding Yin sessions, restorative practices to strength-building power yoga, and gentle yoga classes for beginners, seniors and students who just want to slow down. Our experienced instructors are passionate about helping you find balance, strength, and stillness—on and off the mat.
