Yoga on Main sincerely hopes you will embark on the journey of a lifetime in discovering and practicing yoga with us. Mother Teresa taught: “Let no one come to you without leaving better and happier,” and we strive to keep this teaching alive in every class. Studio classes range from the gentle, slow and meditative poses to the more powerful, energizing and dynamic sequences. Each class is labeled according to its intensity level on the schedule. From Gentle Vinyasa classes to more Powerful classes, there is a class for everyone – come settle down onto a mat at YoM!

Salena Quinlan-Shults

Owner / Instructor RYT 200hr “Yoga is more than just working out… I love Yoga for the mind-body-spirit connection that it encourages… It not only teaches a person how to move and breathe, but also how to live a better, less stressful and more peaceful life… I feel yoga is something the whole world could learn and gain from.” Salena has always had a passion for fitness and has been in the industry most of her life. She got her start at the age of 3 with tap, jazz, and ballet, and then became a certified aerobics instructor in 1996. She discovered Yoga while in college when a good friend and devout Yogi recommended that she try a Yoga class. She’s been hooked and practicing Yoga ever since that day. In 2003, YogaFit certified Salena and in 2008, she completed the 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (R.Y.T.) certification through Purple Lotus. Salena left behind a stressful career in corporate America to open Yoga on Main to bring her passion for yoga and fitness to others. She infuses love, humor, and understanding into her classes to ensure that yoga is something that can be enjoyed by all. Credentials: R.Y.T.-200hr / Reiki Channel certified / A.F.F.A. certified / Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Central Oklahoma
