Yoga Flow:  Our yoga Flow class is a vinyasa style class with one yoga posture flowing into the other, linking breath and movement.  We will work both standing and seated postures and you will build strength and flexibility as well as learn relaxation techniques to help condition both your physical and metal well-being.  This is a mixed level class and we do open this class up to beginners-and will give modifications as you move through this class.
This class is kept warm.
Gentle Yoga Flow

Gentle Yoga Flow

Gentle Yoga (beginners start here) is geared more towards our beginner yogis or those looking to just unwind after a long day. In Gentle Yoga we will take time to re-center, breath, break down alignment of postures and incorporate some restorative yoga poses.
This class is kept cool.
Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga acts to clear blockages and restores balance within the subtle system referred to as the Meridian. This practice incorporates long holds of specific yoga poses by keeping the muscles that are not needed in the pose relaxed, the practitioner stretches/stresses certain connective tissues (fascia, tendons, ligaments, etc.) to work on gaining flexibility.

The mind will get some time to relax through learning to focus. Both techniques additionally work to engage the parasympathetic nervous system and decrease production of stress hormones, which allows for the flow of creativity and peacefulness. This combination is the perfect duo to give yourself a healthy boost!

Lunch Express is a 50 min. class…Incorporates breathing, movement, and relaxation to help condition both your physical and metal well-being.  You will leave feeling refreshed and ready to take on the rest of your day. The room is heated to around 80 degrees.

Zen Kids Yoga

Zen Kids Yoga will enrich and help expand your child’s fitness level as well as calm their busy minds. The students will learn to develop self awareness and have fun in a supportive and nurturing environment. Basic yoga postures are broken down for their younger bodies to achieve in a safe noncompetitive way. Yoga for kids builds patience, respect, self understanding and self confidence as well as strengthen the imagination and allow for each child to enhance their creative thinking skills.
Cost is $20/drop in or $68/month

Hot Power Yoga

Hot Power Yoga is just that, a powerful strong yoga practice with a somewhat aerobic element.  Power Yoga will challenge you to new limits and move you deeper into your postures. These classes are heated!

This class will be a 30 min. Yin Class followed by a 30 min. Restorative Class.  Yin Yoga emphasizes postures that targets the layers of connective tissue surrounding joints, increasing mobility of the hips and spine. Restorative Yoga is a quieting and calming practice performed slowly with mindful attention and inner reflection.

Prenatal Yoga uses gentle postures to foster flexibility, strength and relaxation during pregnancy. Poses are specifically designed to accomodate a pregnant woman’s rapidly changing body.
What are the benefits of doing Prenatal Yoga throughout pregnancy?

Our Beginning class is a perfect place to start if you are new to yoga, looking to restart your yoga practice or just learn more on proper alignment and philosophy of Yoga. Please register online to hold a spot. There will be a limit of 12 per class.  If you register online but can not attend please cancel your reservation, or you will be charged for the class.

Restorative Yoga

Learn to unwind your body and uplift your spirit with the help of props to relax completely. Restorative yoga is a practice that reduces your stress and improves your health. All postures (asanas) are done in a passive manner with the support of blankets, bolsters, and other props. You will have an opportunity to linger quietly in these soothing and well-supported poses. With the use of numerous props, each pose will be tailored to your unique body. Restorative yoga is an important tool for everyone. You’ll leave this class feeling relaxed, refreshed and recharged.
